SOCIAL JUSTICE AND THE PROJECT COMPASSION LAUNCH! Year 9 Social Justice students went to the Project Compassion Launch at Holy Family Parish last week. They met Bishop Vincent and the new Executive Director for Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese, Mr Jack de Groot. Importantly they learnt about this year’s campaign “For all future generations” and the positive impact Caritas Australia has on so many communities around the world. They also learned about Theresa's story, an Indigenous single mother of four who was able to turn her life around from homelessness with the help of the Baabayn community.
