Welcome to the St Clare's Catholic High School website.
St Clare's Catholic High School is an outstanding co-educational Catholic secondary school in Hassall Grove. Year 11 studies will be offered at the school for the first time in 2019, with Year 12 studies to follow in 2020!
St Clare’s Catholic High School provides students with a supportive and challenging learning environment to prepare them to thrive in today’s world. Throughout their learning journey, students are guided on their path to excellence through our ‘4Ps’:
- Peacemaker - be respectful, just, compassionate and humble
- Passion for Learning - to think critically, communicate clearly, to be creative, and work collaboratively
- Persistence - be determined, be positive, find alternatives and strive for success
- Pride - be part of a community, have a sense of purpose, and value yourself and others.
Our well resourced learning community is led by highly professional and dedicated educators who are skilled in sharing up-to-date learning and teaching including through technology. Our priority for all students is to learn to be responsible global citizens, how to think creatively and critically, how to communicate and work collaboratively.
In the caring St Clare's Catholic High School community, Catholic faith can be discovered, explored and shared by students. We encourage students to have a strong sense of pride in themselves and their school. We also teach students respect for themselves, their families and the community as they learn to be safe, respectful learners and peacemakers.
Having learnt a range of intellectual and practical skills and an appreciation of cultural and physical pursuits, St Clare’s Catholic High School graduates are mature, responsible and compassionate young adults.
We hope you enjoy getting to know more about our school through our website. I warmly encourage you to visit us, and to see firsthand the opportunities provided by a St Clare's Catholic High School education.
